Booking Policy
Deposit
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required after booking to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not approved until the deposit is paid.
Booking Rules
No same-day booking. Please book ahead and read all policies before submitting your appointment request.
Hair & Lace Requirements
No bad wigs or lace. Lace with rips, tears, holes, knots inside the lace, excessive shedding, dark lace, thick lace, or overly bleached lace will not be accepted. No re-installs on lace previously installed by another stylist.
Braid Down Requirements
Hair must be fully detangled before your appointment. Additional fees may apply if detangling is required during service.
Guest Policy
No extra people are allowed at the appointment.
Timing
Please do not book if you are in a rush or time crunch. A $15 late fee may apply.
